Preseason (Fall and Spring)
Start communicating with town contacts to hold dates for friendlies. New managers looking for contacts should reach out to the age group above them for a place to start or contact the league scheduler for a list of contacts from Central North Central (CNC). Closer to the scheduling meeting coordinate with town contacts on availability for home and away game times. Once CNC has released the league game schedule, begin contacting team managers to coordinate home and away league game times.
Attend scheduling meetings:
If the manager is unable to attend a designee can attend
Come prepared with league and friendly HOME game time requests
Please note FSC scheduling occurs after Farmington Recreation and Premier teams have created their schedule. Managers need to be flexible with game times to due to field and referee availability.
After the scheduling meeting review the master schedule sent by league scheduler and follow up if there are any discrepancies.
In Season
