Fundraising, Sponsorship & Grants Coordinator
Reports to: Club President
Overview: Lead FSC’s fundraising, sponsorship, and grant initiatives to ensure all players have access to affordable, high-quality soccer programs.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to local businesses for sponsorships
- Plan fundraising campaigns and events
- Research and assist with grant applications
- Maintain sponsor recognition and communication
- Track donations and sponsorship commitments
- Collaborate with club leadership to identify funding opportunities
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable networking with businesses
- Interest or experience in fundraising or grant writing a plus
- Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about youth sports
Time Commitment: Up to 2 hours per week.

Assistant Tournament Director
Reports to: Club President
Overview: The Asst. Tournament Director will assist the Tournament Director in the management of our Labor Day annual soccer tournament. The role will help manage the logistics, planning and organizing event.
Responsibilities:
- Help execute an annual soccer tournament logistics, setup and coordination
- Develop content across social media, websites, and print
- Recruit, train, and supervise event staff and volunteers
- Foster a collaborative environment among team members and partners
Qualifications:- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and relationship skills
- Prior event management is preferred
- A passion for soccer and an understanding of the sport is highly desirable

Time Commitment: Up to 1-2 hours per week, the four months prior to the tournament and availability Labor Day tournament weekend.
